AAF C5/C6 Brake Backing Plates

AAF C5/C6 Brake Backing Plates (Pair) feature our open flow design to allow for more efficient airflow into the brake hat, as well as providing cool air to your wheel bearings.  This gets more of the air to travel through the vents in the rotor than with other types of backing plates.

The AAF C5/C6 Brake Backing Plate is the full size of the rotor and is a heat shield for the shocks and ball joints.  Heating of your shock oil will cause the oil to thin, changing the shock dampening characteristics. Protecting your ball joints & tie rods from heat will improve longevity and prevent premature wear.
