AAF Quick Fill Flip Cap

We have been doing fueling our own way for years and at last we built an all-new billet aluminum fuel filler cap with a built-in safety lock that is quick and easy to use.

The safely lock that needs an inward push before the downward push to allow the cap to open.  This means the cap will not be flipping open without your hand on it, yet you can still open it with one hand.  Closing is swift and easy with no question that it’s sealed.

The breather is as high as it can be in the fill tube so you don’t get fuel burping out when filling.

These caps are CNC machined in-house from billet 6061 aluminum–100% made in USA.

We have many sizes to pick from so you will not need adapters to go in to your stock tank or fuel cell.

Sizes for the main fill tube are 2.25″, 2″, 1.75″ & 1.5″  (custom sizes on request)  Breather hose sizes are .75″, .5″ & .375″ (custom sizes on request).
